An easy way to improve it to make sure the orders are complete before you send them off to your excited customers. Or communicate if something is sold out and give them their refund before we have to open our packages and get upset. I still want my billion dollar baby.. or a refund for that oil because I didn’t receive it. Whichever one you prefer.

the top on bottle was not tight and product had leaked and was all over the box . as you can see from the pictures it wasted out and everything was ruined

It took me a very long time to order from canvas. Oh do I regret taking so long? Out of the three scents that I ordered billion dollar baby is by far my favorite I will exclusively be buying all of my oils and lotions from canvas going forward.
