I ordered the Marshmallow Toast and Scent from Heaven. When my order arrived, the Scent from Heaven had leaked out in transit (post office doesn't always care about our packages...lol). I reached out to customer service via email and let them know what happened and requested a replacement. Less than 24 hours, I had a response. I sent them the requested information and less than 24 hours my new order was processed. The Toasted Marshmallow smells really good on me and my skin isn't sticky! From what I can smell on my hands of the Scent from Heaven, it has a really good smell as well! I look forward to ordering with Canvas in the future. Good product and awesome customer service!

Nothing to show because almost a month and I have not received my order but I keep receiving these review request. So here you go. Terrible shipping and customer service. I asked for a refund and instead was told it would shipped in 5-7 days.
It smells amazing but because of the heat outside it was delivered completely liquified and leaked out into the box. It probably was not tight enough. I put it in a cool dry area and it hardened back up. It just wasn’t a full container. Still a great product though.
