Shipping Questions

We ship worldwide!

All products are made in the United States.

All products are shipped from the United States.

Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your location.

All hair care products take 7-10 business days to process.

Day 1 starts the day after your order is received.

Tracking numbers are sent via email after your order has been processed.

Please note a few other important notes around our shipping times:

1) Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday or national holidays.

2) We do not ship any products on Saturday or Sunday, so Friday orders do not start processing until Monday.

3) Allow 1 extra day of processing time during the holidays or after a sale due to higher demand.

We use standard shipping methods, which typically mean that packages are delivered 1-3 days after they have been shipped. Please allow more time when there are things that can cause shipping delays from the shipping carriers such as higher volume of packages during the holiday, and severe weather storms.

Shipping rates are based on your location, as well as the products that you select to purchase, as the prices will be based on weight.

In this rare case, often times the package is in an unexpected place. We have seen that previous customers have reported to us that packages were left with their neighbors, or even placed in their backyard, so please be sure to check in these unexpected places.

In addition, if the package is too big for your mailbox, or no one was home to receive the package, it is often taken back to the post office or shipping distribution center. Please be on the lookout for a slip in your mailbox or near your door, as this is often left in these scenarios.


If you have looked in different places, contacted your post office / shipping carrier, and still have not received your package after 5 days, please contact us at contact@canvasbeautybrand.com and we would be happy to help.

If a package is returned to CANVAS BEAUTY BRANDS LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 

 

CANVAS BEAUTY BRANDS LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address is incorrect, so please ensure this is correct before checking out.

CANVAS BEAUTY BRANDS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. 

Upon inquiry, CANVAS BEAUTY BRANDS LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
