Hey CANVAS Clique! It's been sooo long since I've shared my diary / update with you, and I'm overjoyed to be doing it now. There's sooo much I want to fill you all in on. The last 9 months of my life have been exceptionally transformative.
In August I went viral on TikTok, and everything changed for CANVAS in the best way. Since August, we have grown literally 10x, going from 6 to 60 employees, selling 1,000,000 units of Body Glaze, moving into a new 30,000 sq ft warehouse, and improving every bit of what we do.
Just a few weeks ago, I went LIVE from TikTok HQ and had the time of my life selling Canvas Beauty for 7 hours straight!! And guess what?? We BROKE TIKTOK RECORDS! That live shattered all records and became the highest-grossing sales LIVE in US TikTok history ever.
And I'm sooooo eternally thankful for everyone who has allowed us to grow and experience a massive breakthrough, from the amazing folks at TikTok to my incredible team, and of course, the most important of all: YOU, our loyal customers and supporters. None of this would have been possible without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing this girl from a no-stoplight-town to live her dreams.
Just when I thought the icing was on the cake already, letting it all sink in, I went live on TikTok last week, just on some chill vibes. TBH, going live on TikTok is quickly becoming one of my favorite things to do. It's therapeutic for me, like the best escape ever. It also allows me the opportunity to do giveaways and connect with my CANVAS Clique.
Well anyhoo, lately I've been having fun going back to my roots and doing everyday makeup beats on myself (I use to do these all the time back in the day on Facebook LIVE when i was a stylist) and I told my crew what I was going to use and it was Tarte cosmetics.

You couldn't have told me last month that this would be my life.
